BUSINESS LOUNGE

Business Lounge Members have access to a range of services and facilities offered at Scarborough Business Centre. We try to make your office time flexible, affordable and secure with variety of packages to suit most budgets. Our philosophy is simply to provide a corporate office environment close to home and on the foreshore of Moreton Bay at Scarborough.

High-Speed Internet

We know how important it is to your business to have reliable and secure internet services plus a dependable mobile phone connection. So we’ve installed a few tech services to the Business Lounge ensuring our Guests enjoy reliable and secure connectivity.

We started with dual high speed NBN connection. If one NBN service goes down, a backup service switches in immediately to keep the data flowing. And incidentally, if all NBN connections go down, we immediately connect to the Telstra Mobile network. Triple redundancy.

The Business Lounge employs the latest networking tech-gear so we can offer a very high level of security and privacy to our Guests. Day Guests have a secure Wi-Fi Service connected to Business Lounge in-house network with easy access to printing and scanning services.

We also offer Private Wired and Wi-Fi Networks to medium and long-term Guests. This means you have your own private wired network and dedicated Wi-Fi network all to yourself.

And last but not least, to make sure your mobile phone connection is at its best, we’ve installed a Telstra mobile signal booster providing clearer voice quality and more consistent data performance over 3G and 4G.

Free Coffee Everyday

We love our coffee and our Prima Donna coffee machine. Help yourself to the shared Kitchen coffee. We keep it topped up with freshly roasted Premium Di Bella beans to satisfy every desire with style and taste.

Printing + Scanning

Printing Services include the latest Toshiba A3 Laser Colour Printer and Scanner producing presentation quality print jobs and super fast scanning to email or drive.

Meeting Room Access

Scarborough Business Centre offers superb facilities complementing the Professional Business Suites and Business Lounge. The Meeting Room is a great venue for client meetings, video conferences and presentations. Coupled with our fresh, modern facilities is a state of the art private and secure High Speed NBN service, an absolute essential for Zoom and Skype Meetings.

The Business Lounge provides shared kitchen and pantry. Its a handy place for meal prep and grabbing a bite to eat or sharing a coffee with a colleague.

Dedicated Locker

Make life that much easier with a secure locker for your day-to-day. Available to Business Lounge Members. Additionally, the offices are covered by 27/7 video security and electronic key tag access.
