How Does It Work

Step 1

Click on the Apply Now button above to send through your application and business contact information. Choose a payment option of Monthly or Yearly. We will look after the rest and get things moving, usually within 2 business days. If you have any questions, just check out the FAQ section below.

Step 2

You will receive an invoice for the chosen payment plan. Once that's done, we will send through a guide with a checklist of "to-do's" and updates to help get your new Virtual Office set in place. Your business will be updated on our website Business Directory and you'll be invited to tour Scarborough Business Centre to check out the facilities and services your new Membership offers.

Step 3

As part of the Membership, Virtual Office members can access the Business Lounge services and facilities at Member Rates. You can book a Meeting Room for a client meeting, hire a Cube for the day if you need somewhere to work or pick up a Printing and Scanning pack. Mail and delivery notices are sent to your nominated email and the items are available for collection during business hours. Mail forwarding is also available. What happens when mail is delivered to my Virtual Office.

You receive an email notifying you that mail has been received. Virtual Office members collect mail during business hours or you may elect Mail Forwarding for an additional fee.

How does a Virtual Office help my Privacy.

Registering a business requires a street address and not a postal address. If your principal business address is your residential address, and you are concerned that publication of your residential address on the public register will compromise your privacy or the privacy of your family, you can nominate an alternative address to be included in the register.

Can I use the Business Lounge Facilties and Services anytime.

Yes, if you have a booking. A Virtual Office Member is also a Business Lounge Member and welcome to book and hire the Business Lounge Services and Facilities anytime at Member Rates.

I have a another business, can I use my Virtual Office across both business names.

A Virtual Office cannot be shared across multiple businesses as it is one Virtual Office listing per business (ABN). You would need to purchase a second Virtual Office Plan.

Can I receive parcel deliveries.

Yes, we are happy to receive parcel deliveries. Large and bulk deliveries would be subject to our Fair Use policy.
